1. About Us
This webshop is operated by ElioraX. When you shop with us, you accept our terms and conditions.

2. Order & Delivery
We use third-party suppliers, which means that the product is shipped directly from our supplier. Delivery time is normally 7–20 business days. Some products may be delivered separately.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT. You can pay securely using the options we offer at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal & Returns
You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. Please contact us before returning. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Complaints
If there is something wrong with the product – let us know and we will fix it! You have a right of complaint for 3 years according to the Consumer Sales Act.

6. Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies. We do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

7. Law & Disputes
Swedish law applies. In the event of a dispute, you can contact ARN (the Swedish Board of Complaints).
