Right of withdrawal 14 days

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. The goods must be in original condition, unused and preferably in original packaging.

To cancel your purchase, contact us via email and provide:

- Name

- Order number

- Which product is it?

- Reason for return

How to return an item

1. Email us before returning; we need to confirm that the return is approved.

2. Once we have approved the return, you will receive instructions regarding the return address.

3. Pack the item well and send it with tracking.

You as the customer pay the return shipping if there is nothing wrong with the product.

Non-returnable goods

The following items cannot be returned:

- Used or opened hygiene products

- Specially ordered or personalized products

- Products that cannot be resold for health reasons

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to wait with the refund until we have received the product.
